Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Nifl per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Users are responsible for the content they create, including collections, pins, and any shared information. You retain all rights to your content, but grant Nifl a license to use, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the service. You agree not to post content that: • Violates any laws or regulations • Infringes on intellectual property rights • Contains harmful or malicious code • Harasses or harms other users
Nifl strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
In no event shall Nifl or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Nifl, even if Nifl or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Nifl reserves the right to revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
